Our Process

We are able to help with your project, whatever stage you are at.

If you have already had plans drawn up, we can provide you with a quote for your works, based on those plans.

If you have an idea of what you would like to do, we are able to offer the full design package, including drawing up plans for your approval, submitting these to the local authority on your behalf, organising structural calculations and submitting a building regulations application. We will also liaise with the local authority to arrange inspections as work progresses so that your works receive a completion notice from the local authority once finished.

We contract all our work, so that the customer always knows where they stand and exactly what is included in the agreed price. Our payment terms are generally a deposit on contract to secure your start date and then stage payments at clearly defined stages of the project. We think this is fairer than weekly payments, because if work is held up because of the weather, for example, you would not continue to make payments without seeing progress - you will only pay on completion of a stage of work. Also, you have the opportunity to "snag" as the project progresses, so we can ensure that you are satisfied with every stage of work. When we have finished, we will leave everything safe and tidy, and carry out a full inspection of the works alongside the client. The balance is then paid upon satisfactory completion.
